hi when i go to my profile it says one more card then is actually in my collection why is that

That card may either be deleted or not downloaded yet.

Go to your collection, select the 3rd dropdown menu (containing: 'All', 'Deleted', 'Downloaded', 'Not Downloaded' options), to see if your missing card falls under the category of deleted or not downloaded yet - this may be the reason why you are missing a card.

If it is not downloaded yet, download it. If it was deleted, you can download it again! 😄

On a related note, my profile shows about 20 more shows than I have in my "My Collection" page.

Does this mean Totem has removed shows I previously paid for? If so, should I expect some kind of refund?

I try to explain it by my collection.

Profile: 3588 cards
My Collection xxxx / 3624 cards


3624 cards - 3588 cards = 36 cards

The 36 cards can not be bought.
These include the 3 special event cards and the 33 cards of the deleted models.

You can find the cards of the deleted models in the filter "Release date - unknown".

No, I don't think that's it. I own all the cards I could buy. Don't know why my profile total is higher than my collection? That doesn't make sense unless some cards have been removed from my collection.

And there's no "Release date - Unknown" filter in my collection.

My Profile: 4072 cards
My Collection: 4055 cards

So, a few cards missing, but I have everything downloaded already.

Can someone from Totem please explain?

If I look into your profile, then I see there the number of 4069 cards.

It is possible, if one sees in his own profile, that the "special event cards" are counted. But I'm not sure.

When I see the Girls Store, I see 4055 cards displayed there.

Serie Axxxx: 1626 cards

Serie Exxxx: 1117 cards (included 1 special event card)
Serie Fxxxx: 422 card (included 2 special event cards)


That's 4052 cards that every user can buy and the 3 special event cards that you can not buy.
The information refers only to the shows with the girls.


So I assume that you also bought 17 cards from the VirtuaGuy collection (Bxxxx series).

To view the shows from VirtuaGuy you need to install the version.

In the days before iStripper it was possible to install the version of VirtuaGirl after the installation of VirtuaGuy or vice versa.

If you have installed the software, then these cards will also be displayed.
Even if you have not installed the software, you can check the website to see which shows you have purchased.

If you have not purchased any VirtuaGuy cards, contact Customer Service.
There may have been a problem buying shows or offering.

Definitely not. I did not ever buy cards from Virtuaguy, as it's not my thing.

Still puzzled why my "My Collection" and "Profile" totals are different... @Totem @celine @Rex - can you shed any light here?

Yes, that's possible. But then, since I have purchased it - I would expect to still have access to it? The way this reads, I have more in my profile than in my collection ... which suggests I am missing some entitlements?

I'm not sure, but it can be:

• that a show has been bought twice and thus counted twice in the profile
• that an offer has added one of the no longer purchasable cards to your profile but not to your collection

When and what problems have occurred is certainly not easy to get out.

The no longer purchasable cards would be displayed in the filter "Release date - unknown".

My List of cards no longer for sale includes the gay.iStripper cards
I have 41 cards on my List, 5 of them are gay.iStripper cards
excluding the gay.iStripper cards this is my list

The review in your profile should be done through customer service.
The problem are the cards in the Axxxx series.

In my Post above is a Search String,
you can Copy it, then Paste in the Search Box of the My Collection tab.

If you have any of the cards in your collection they will be displayed.
We are not allowed to post Pictures of the cards that have been removed,
but you could list the card numbers if any show in your collection.


Also, there is a BUG in the Popup Profile that Shows One card Less then What is in the My Collection view.

In the Store there are 4150 cards listed ( include gay.istripper )
In My Collection I have all 4150
but in my Popup Profile it only shows 4149 cards

So I believe it is a BUG that you See 1 card less on the Popup profile, than in the My Collection.

I used this search String in both the Store, and my Collection

In my profile, it shows one less card than actually in my collection. I know what this card is as it was never released for sale. (From my time on the QA team). Therefore, for me at least, not a bug :)

For a long time, there was always a difference of 4 cards for me and I believe that was the 4 cards of Alizee that I own. I only noticed recently, probably with the latest software updates that this had changed. Now the profile appears to be counting all of my cards except that one which nobody should be able to see any way :)

Thanks @Wyldanimal and @spiderman1804. I ran a search with that string, and came up with 3 cards. Can't say for sure whether these already display in the list.

But clearly there are more than 3 cards missing from my collection given the difference in count is almost 20.

Is contacting support my only option here?

@wtprivate: where you do see you have only 4053 (or 4056) cards in your collection please ?

When you Look at the Popup profile, verses the On-Line Profile
One shows only cards still available for Sale, the Other shows cards Including Not for sale cards.
and If you Look at the My Collection in the GUI it Shows ALL of the cards.

I can't view the GUI My Collection, Only the Member can see that.
